About This Site

Content on this site — including service descriptions and pricing — is provided for information and does not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement is confirmed by a written proposal or agreement that takes precedence over this page.

Engagements & Subscriptions

• Project work (websites, brand identities, campaigns) is quoted per project and governed by its proposal.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled effective at the end of the current billing cycle; fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded.
• Deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment for the relevant work.

Intellectual Property

Site content, design, and branding are owned by Mimik Creations. Client work displayed in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is shown with permission for demonstration purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it for spam, or submit unlawful content through our forms.

Disclaimer & Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mimik Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
